How do I Join an Online Support Group?

 
  1. Visit the support group
    booking page: https://ocdireland.org/bookings/
  2. Please be patient as the calendar can take a few seconds to fully
    load
  3. When the calendar displays, select the support group that you would
    like to attend. A support group instance will only be available for
    booking 5 days in advance of its scheduled start date. If the group is
    more than 5 days out, the option to book into the group will not be
    available.
  4. Click on your desired event e.g. ‘OCD Support Group’. In the pop up
    window, click “Book Now” and complete the booking form,
    providing your contact information.
  5. Confirm your booking by
    clicking “Submit”.
  6. Please be sure to look for a confirmation email in your inbox. This
    email will contain event details and a Zoom link for the support group
    (you will use this Zoom link to join the meeting)
